Services
Red Lion Chess Academy provides content and tools designed to let users learn or teach chess; participate in or manage chess clubs and classes; and engage in other chess-related activities that may be added from time to time (the “Service”). You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that Red Lion does not assume any liability for personal information stored through our Service. Red Lion reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Red Lion shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Termination
You agree that Red Lion may, without prior notice, immediately terminate your account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the terms and conditions or other relevant documents, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) requests made by you, (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your Red Lion account includes (a) denial of access to all offerings within the Service, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Red Lion's sole discretion and that Red Lion shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.
Young Children
Red Lion is especially committed to protecting the privacy of young children. Children under 13 years old may not register an account and use our service until directly confirmed by a parent or confirmed by an appropriate authority registered with us, such as a school or a club, who we reasonably believe has permission to act on the parent's behalf. In the latter case, there is a mechanism that the school or chess club may elect to use that simultaneously notifies the parent of their child’s involvement; however, we cannot guarantee that the school or club will choose to take advantage of this opportunity.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Red Lion and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Red Lion and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements; the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and any errors in the software will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the chess school or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
Refunds
**RETURN and REFUND POLICY**:

If you are not satisfied, please contact us via member support. Full or partial refunds may be given at the sole discretion of Red Lion, based on individual circumstances. Refunds will NOT be given to subscribers who are banned from the site due to violating the Terms and Conditions of site use (abusive behavior, cheating, etc). Discord Memberships will NOT be refunded if subscribers are banned from the site due to violating Terms and Conditions of site use (abusive behavior, cheating, etc.) however, if the customer is not satisfied with the service within a 3-day period, a refund may be considered upon request of consumer. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and no private lessons have been taken a full refund will be issued. If a private or group lesson is taken, discretion of a Red Lion Staff will be used to handle refund requests. A refund may be prorated or denied dependent on number of services rendered, each situation is circumstantial and is best to contact Red Lion Staff to expediate a proper solution.

*For Online memberships through Discord for Monthly Memberships if a client requests a refund before five days after their initial purchase it will be refunded, however, upon the fifth day of service all sales are final on a monthly basis. If clients plan to cancel it is advised to cancel before the monthly date re=billing occurs to avoid incurring additional monthly memberships. For Yearly Subscriptions, if a client requests a refund before the first three weeks of service a full refund will be automatically issued. In the event three weeks of service has elapsed but cancellation is requested under six months of the elapsed yearly subscription service; a full refund will NOT be issued of remaining time allotted in the yearly subscription, however, instead a max prorated amount of six months worth of membership fees will be refunded. If six months or more of the yearly subscription has elapsed a refund will NOT be authorized.

**SCHOLASTIC YOUTH GROUP LESSON**: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and no lessons have been taken a full refund will be issued. If lessons have been taken and the client at any point is dissatisfied with services rendered; a pro-rated refund will be conducted. If a client is dissatisfied with a particular coach, a replacement coach may be assigned. On the contrary, if a chess coach feels the need to prematurely end their instructional duties for any reason or request a child to be removed from the program; the consumer would not be charged for that lesson or multiple week session entailed. If a student misses a session, don't hesitate to communicate and we can schedule make up group lessons to ensure retention of material. Group Lessons follow a simple structure: Lesson and Puzzles of the Day, Free Play to increase Socialization among peers, and Simulations of Tournaments to increase focus, encourage retention of source material with an expansion on sportsmanship awareness. At the end of each cycle an award ceremony will be conducted, trophies will be given out and catered food maybe provided to celebrate achievements.
